1. Grant of Licence
1.1 The Seller grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the purchased e-book (“Work”) for personal use only.
1.2 No ownership of copyright is transferred to the Buyer.
2. Copyright
2.1 The Work is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and related laws.
2.2 All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of the Seller.
3. Restrictions
The Buyer must not, without prior written consent of the Seller:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Work in whole or in part.
Share the Work (including publicly, uploading online or on social media)
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Work.
Resell, rent, or otherwise exploit the Work for commercial purposes.
4. Enforcement
Any breach of this Agreement will be pursued under applicable copyright and contract law in New South Wales, Australia.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
6. Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Work, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
